Written in plain language so they can be read, not skipped.

1The service

JadTags gives your restaurant a digital menu on a link of its own, QR codes for the tables, a dashboard for menu, prices and hours, and tools for taking orders and reaching your customers.

It runs in a browser. There is nothing to install and no hardware to buy from us.

2Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details and for anyone you grant access to your dashboard.

You are responsible for what you publish — prices, ingredients, allergens and opening hours. We display what you write; we do not review it.

One email, one restaurant. A second restaurant needs its own account.

3Subscription and payment

The free plan runs without payment and without a card.

Paid plans are quoted by agreement with us today, and start once the price and payment method are settled.

Listed prices exclude any taxes that may apply where you are.

4Renewal and late payment

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price, unless agreed otherwise.

If a payment is late your site keeps serving your customers through a grace period, and the dashboard becomes read-only. You are warned before anything further.

5Cancelling, and deleting your data

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard.

After a deletion request we wait 30 days before removing anything, so a mistake can be undone. Within that window you can reverse it and everything comes back.

After 30 days your database and your images are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.

6Your content is yours

Your menu, photos, text and customer data belong to you. We host and process them to run the service, and for nothing else.

We do not sell your data or your customers’ data, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone but you.

You can export your data at any time from the dashboard.

7Orders are between you and your diner

When a guest orders through your site, that order is an agreement between the two of you. We are not a party to it.

We take no commission on any order. The subscription is the whole of what you pay.

Preparation, delivery, invoicing and refunds are yours.

8Acceptable use

The service may not be used for anything unlawful, or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you.

Do not attempt to reach another restaurant’s data or to disrupt the service.

On a clear breach we may suspend an account, and we will tell you why.

9Availability and support

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise 100% availability. Maintenance happens and so do faults.

We take daily backups and keep them 7 days. Those exist for recovery from failure; they are not a substitute for keeping your own copy of what matters to you.

10Changes to these terms

If we change something material here, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11Getting in touch

For any question about this page or about your account: info@jadgroupltd.com

Baqa al-Gharbiyye 301000 Ibn Taymiyya 1

Terms of service The terms your use of JadTags runs on.
