The loyalty programme needs an operating point at the till: registering the customer, adding points and redeeming balance in seconds — error-free and with no extra hardware.
We developed a staff app connected to the JAD COINS platform: company-code + PIN login, fast customer search, a balance/points/wallet screen, adding new customers with full details, and force/soft updates so every employee runs the latest build.
The app is live on the App Store and used by JadCoins member businesses to manage their customers' points and wallets from a phone.
An internal app for staff of businesses enrolled in the JadCoins loyalty programme: secure login with a company code and personal PIN, registering new customers with photo, ID and birthdate, adding points by purchase amount with real-time balances, applying wallet balance to purchases, birthday-gift alerts, and a full transaction history per customer.
