A franchise chain needs to follow staff attendance, daily task execution and stock in every store — and follow-up was done by calls and messages with no documentation.
We designed a Wardat-branded app: attendance with geofencing and break logging, mandatory tasks first with proof photos, issue reports with up to 5 photos and priority levels, bulk stock updates and photo-backed waste logging, and receiving orders by actual quantities.
The app is live on the App Store, and every store now has a photo-documented record of attendance, tasks, issues and stock, visible to the franchise owner and management.
Wardat Tasks is the daily work companion for Dokan Wardat store staff: one-tap clock-in/out with location verification, today’s tasks with a proof photo on completion, store issue reports with photos and priority, daily inventory and waste logging, and receiving Wardat deliveries on behalf of the franchise owner.
