Product definition

At the beginning of the road and at the point where we meet, we start with an introductory meeting, sit together with the team to brainstorm and receive a brief for the idea, competitors, relevant business models and gather everything in a concise and orderly document.

Characterization

We’ve found competitors, defined the capabilities we want in an MVP, it’s time to dive deep. We will define technologies, perform a full UX sketch, prepare a full technical characterization document, and answer any question that may arise prior to development.

Design

Now for the artistic part. We finished a sketch, and on top of it we define colors, fonts, animations and the complete user experience in the application. Keep in mind – user experience is a key to the success of a project.

development
